Your privacy is important to RHEMA Poland. This statement discloses the information practices of the RBTC Poland Internet site and how the information can be used, and with whom it can be shared.
You can visit the RBTC Poland Internet site without informing us of who you are and without revealing any information about yourself. However, for information requests we may need information from you. This information (your name, address, telephone, fax, or email) is not distributed or sold to third parties. It is retained for the sole use of RHEMA Poland and its related ministries.

No one may film, videotape, record or digitally copy any RBTC class hours, or RHEMA conference without the expressed written consent and permission of RHEMA Poland and its representative officer(s). Any unauthorized video tape recording, or voice recording, or any other form is strictly prohibited and punishable to the fullest extent of the law. No unauthorized taping is permitted for rebroadcast.

- organizing/co-organizing and conducting forms of social assistance, education, coaching, spiritual self-improvement on the basis of Article 6(1)(b) of RODO for the term of the agreement;
- performance of contracts to which RHEMA POLAND is a party on the basis of Article 6(1)(b) RODO for the term of the contract;
- to assert and defend against claims in connection with the conducted statutory activities and performance of concluded agreements, which constitutes a legitimate interest of data processing by RHEMA POLAND on the basis of Article 6(1)(f) RODO for the period of claims limitation resulting from the provisions of law;
- for tax and accounting purposes on the basis of Article 6 (1) (c) RODO for the period for keeping accounting and tax records resulting from legal regulations;
(within the scope of providing services supporting statutory activity)

- asserting and defending against claims due to realization of the contest, which constitutes a legitimate interest of data processing by RHEMA POLAND on the basis of art. 6 sec. 1 letter f RODO for the period of limitation of claims resulting from legal regulations;
(with regard to orders via the web portal)
- processing of an order for materials placed via the social networking portal on the basis of Article 6(1)(b) RODO for the term of the order;
- storage for archiving purposes, conducting statistical analyses and ensuring accountability (demonstrating compliance with legal obligations) pursuant to Article 6(1)(f) of the DPA for a period of 5 years after the end of the calendar year in which the order was completed;
- asserting and defending against claims related to the performance of the order, which constitutes a legitimate interest of data processing by RHEMA POLAND pursuant to Article 6(1)(f) RODO for the period of limitation of claims resulting from legal provisions;
(in terms of event execution)
- event realization i.e. registration of participation in the event, sending formal information concerning the event, contact regarding organization and course of the event on the basis of art. 6 sec. 1 letter a RODO for the time necessary for event realization;
- promotion of the event and the statutory activities of RHEMA POLAND on the basis of Article 6(1)(f) RODO for the period necessary to realize the promotion of the event and the statutory activities of RHEMA POLAND as well as the time necessary to assert possible rights by virtue of image processing;
- storage for archiving purposes, statistical analyses and ensuring accountability (demonstrating compliance with legal obligations) pursuant to Article 6(1)(f) RODO for the period of 5 years after the end of the calendar year in which the event took place;
- asserting and defending against claims related to the event, which constitutes a legitimate interest of data processing by RHEMA POLAND on the basis of Article 6(1)(f) RODO for the period of limitation of claims resulting from legal provisions;
(with regard to marketing activities)
- marketing activities related to RHEMA POLAND business activities, including sending materials and commercial information by means of electronic communication, with your consent on the basis of Article 6(1)(f) RODO, Article 6(1)(a) RODO, Article 10(2) of the Act on Rendering Electronic Services, Article 172 of the Telecommunications Law for the period necessary to achieve the objective;
- keeping statistics in order to improve the business conducted by RHEMA POLAND, which constitutes a legitimate interest of RHEMA POLAND on the basis of Article 6(1)(f) RODO for the period necessary to achieve the purpose;
(with regard to media contacts)
- to provide information about activities undertaken by RHEMA POLAND and to manage relationships, which is the legitimate interest of RHEMA POLAND on the basis of Article 6(1)(f) RODO for the duration of RHEMA POLAND's activities;
(in terms of supporting RHEMA POLAND)
- performing the donation agreement and fulfilling RHEMA POLAND's legal obligations on the basis of Art. 6(1)(b) RODO, Art. 6(1)(c) RODO for a period of 5 years from the end of the calendar year in which the donation was received;
- sending a confirmation of the transfer and thanking for the support, which is the legitimate interest of RHEMA POLAND on the basis of Article 6(1)(f) RODO for the period necessary to achieve the purpose;
(with regard to contact via contact forms, postal mail, email and social media)
- to handle correspondence, to respond to questions/requests/requests received, for purposes arising from the content of the communication in order to establish future contact, as well as for archiving purposes and for relationship management, which constitutes the legitimate interest of RHEMA POLAND on the basis of Article 6(1)(f) RODO for the duration of RHEMA POLAND's business;
WHAT DATA DO WE COLLECT?
Depending on the case, RHEMA POLAND collects and processes personal data to the extent that they are necessary to fulfill the purpose for which they were collected, namely
- identification data, including but not limited to: first name, last name, PESEL;
- contact data, including, but not limited to: address, telephone number, e-mail address;
- company identification data, including but not limited to: name, business address, NIP, REGON;
- details indicated in the forms;
- other information, inter alia: employer's address, job position/function performed, including, inter alia (with regard to events and competitions);
- amount donated, bank account number;
- IP number.
DO YOU HAVE TO PROVIDE YOUR PERSONAL DATA?
Providing personal data is voluntary, however it is necessary to: conclude and execute an agreement; take part in a competition; establish cooperation/ submit an offer; place and execute an order; take part in an event; receive information about actions taken; receive a newsletter; make a donation, support; receive a reply.
Refusal to provide them will result in the impossibility of concluding and performing the agreement; taking part in the competition; establishing cooperation/ submitting an offer; placing and performing an order; taking part in the event; receiving information about the activities undertaken; obtaining answers.
WHO DO WE SHARE YOUR PERSONAL INFORMATION WITH?
The recipients of your personal data will be:
- authorized employees to the extent necessary to perform their professional duties;
- entities providing postal and courier services;
- providers of legal and advisory services;
- providers of accounting services;
- providers of technical and organizational services;
- partners and business partners of RHEMA POLAND to the extent necessary for RHEMA POLAND to perform its statutory activities;
- other public authorities, institutions and third parties entitled to request access or receive personal data pursuant to the provisions of law
with the proviso that when entrusting data to third parties, RHEMA POLAND shall use its best efforts to ensure that such third parties apply the appropriate level of security required by applicable laws and shall enter into appropriate agreements to that effect.
WHAT RIGHTS DO YOU HAVE AGAINST THE CONTROLLER WITH REGARD TO DATA PROCESSING?
Your rights derive from the General Data Protection Regulation and we make every effort to ensure that all rights to which you are entitled, i.e. the right to:
- access to the content of your data (Article 15 of the RODO);
- to rectify, erase or restrict the processing of your data (Article 16 RODO, Article 17 RODO, Article 18 RODO);
- to object to the processing of your data;
- to portability of your data (Article 20 RODO);
In case your personal data are processed by i RHEMA POLAND on the basis of your consent, you have the right to withdraw your consent at any time, without affecting the validity of the processing performed on the basis of your consent prior to its withdrawal.
WHEN CAN YOU OBJECT TO THE PROCESSING OF YOUR PERSONAL DATA ?
You have the right to object to the processing of your personal data when the processing is based on legitimate interests or for statistical purposes, and the objection is justified by the particular situation in which you find yourself.
In addition, you have the right at any time and without indicating any reasons to object to the processing of your personal data by RHEMA POLAND for direct marketing purposes, including profiling, which implies the prohibition of further processing of your personal data for such purposes.

Moreover, you also have the right to lodge a complaint to the supervisory authority dealing with personal data protection in a situation where the processing of your personal data by the controller violates the provisions on personal data protection.
PROTECTION OF PERSONAL DATA
Your personal data is stored in a database which is secured against access by third parties, in particular RHEMA POLAND protects your personal data against unauthorized access, loss or destruction. Under no circumstances shall we sell data collected about you to third parties.
The data sent electronically are secured against unauthorized access and modification by unauthorized persons through the use of, among others, access control, server security devices.
The personal data administrator reserves the right, according to the provisions of the Personal Data Protection Act, to entrust the processing of personal data of the users whose data is administered by him to other companies in order for these companies to properly perform the activities related to hosting, administration, maintenance and management of the website, as well as to assert claims and clarify the circumstances of prohibited use of services provided electronically.

COOKIE POLICY
The website located under the domain http://rhema.org.pl uses cookies.
The entity placing cookie files on the user's terminal device and accessing them is RHEMA POLAND as Service administrator.
WHAT ARE "COOKIES"?
Cookies are understood to be computer data, in particular text files stored on the user's terminal equipment for use on the website. These files allow for recognition of the user's device and appropriate display of the website adapted to his individual preferences. "Cookies" usually contain the name of the website from which they come, the time of storage on the terminal device and a unique number.
WHAT DO WE USE "COOKIES" FOR?
"Cookies" are used to adapt the content of websites to user preferences and to optimize the use of websites. WHAT COOKIES DO WE USE?

The first of them are temporary files that remain on the user's device until logging out of the website or switching off the software (web browser). "Permanent" files remain on the user's device for the time specified in the parameters of "cookies" or until they are manually deleted by the user.
